You will receive a tracking number from one of our shipping partners to follow your order.

Refund and exchange

For all orders, you dispose of a period of 14 calendar days to notify us of your request for a return or exchange. For this, please contact our customer service by email that will indicate the return address and then you will dispose of a period of 7 days to return your order.

Backbone Art will reimburse the price of the photographs as well as the original shipping fees (the return shipping fees resting your responsibility).

In case of default at reception: Please check carefully the package at reception. If you find any default while the delivery man is still around, please reject the delivery and contact so we can organize the replacement. If you already accepted the delivery and find a default, contact our customer service Please keep the original package in case you need to send the article back. To ensure a quick execution of the replacement, please make sure to document the defaults with pictures and send them to our customer service.
